Nova Omnia is a center for city renewal operated by City to City NYC and located at 150 E. 91st Street in Manhattan.
With coworking space on all three floors (7, 8, and 9), we envision Nova Omnia as a hub for catalyzing strategic, citywide change with likeminded non-profit and ministry leaders.
The Space
We offer five separate coworking spaces, each with its own distinctive features:
The Genesis (8th floor). The largest of the five spaces, the Genesis is where you’ll check in each day. In the large pantry, you’ll find coffee, tea, cold beverages, an ice machine, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Two large tables provide room to work, along with smaller cafe tables and other seating.
The Lounge (8th floor). Located behind the reception desk, the Lounge is a quieter, semi-private room to work. You’ll find seating designed for one-on-one conversations as well as a large worktable for solo or collaborative work. This is also where our library is located, with resources available from around our global ecosystem.
The Horizon (9th floor). This light-filled space looks out to the city and inspires the imagination. Anchoring this space is an L-shaped sofa with height-adjustable laptop desks. There are also comfortable armchairs for reading, scrolling, or praying. A dozen climbing plants bring nature inside even in the frigid days of winter.
The Terrace (9th floor). Just outside the Horizon is CTC NYC’s private outdoor space. Facing north, east, and west, it is surrounded by plants and trees that breathe life into you. One seating area is perfect for a group conversation, another for one-on-ones, while a third features ten seats around a large table.
The Launchpad (7th floor). The quietest of the five, the Launchpad is a great place for focused work. A wall of windows floods the room with natural light. A large table gives room to spread out, but more coveted are the booths. Each is equipped with its own whiteboard and is surrounded by a half-wall that provides a touch of privacy.
*The 7th and 9th floors also have meeting rooms of various sizes. While these are not included in the individual coworking license, bookings are available for purchase.
